Amanda Woods and Tracie West have worked for Estate Agents in the local area for many years and wanted to offer a different, more personal and less 'Corporate' experience for Vendors and Applicants.

As a result, Westwoods was opened in 2005 providing a friendly, yet professional and knowledgeable service with very competitive commission rates,  where every client is a name, not a number!

Tracie and Amanda have been joined by Jan, a previous colleague of many years who shares the same beliefs and ideas.

The company has since had considerable success, utilizing the advantage of modern marketing technology together with old tried and tested methods, keeping regular contact with customers and never losing sight of the fact that they have been entrusted to sell or help buy, what is probably, their clients most valuable possession.

Over two years ago Westwoods Lettings was set up, offering a complete but flexible service for Landlords and Tenants.  This newer venture has also proved to be a great success with a forever expanding portfolio now covering a wide area around Sussex and the outskirts of Kent.

Tracie, Amanda and Jan take great pride in both companies and are confident enough not to insist on lengthy contracts. 

They have all lived in the area for many years, having first hand experience of schools and amenities. They are also delighted to be a sponsor of the local rugby club and support other local charities whenever possible.
